Job descriptionFresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent. Able to read & write in Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Previous working experience in customer service or related fields is an added advantage but not essential. Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel / Word etc). Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively. Able to work in Rotational Shift (Rotational Off day, 6 days work per week, 8 hours per day, NO 24 hours). Responsibilities
- To handling customer inquires & provide solutions to all customer related problems.
- Providing high quality of customer service via Live Chat support.
- To be constantly guided by company's service standards.Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
