Ensure all activities and curriculum promote holistic child development (cognitive, emotional, social, and physical). Oversee the evaluation of children’s progress and the effectiveness of teaching strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Program Management

Implement and monitor high-quality early childhood education programs aligned with the organization’s vision and early learning frameworks.

Lead, coach, and mentor teachers, assistants, and support staff to maintain high professional standards.

Review and update the curriculum in line with current early childhood trends and educational policies.

Ensure staffing levels are appropriate and effectively managed.
