The Business Co-ordinator will play a vital role in strengthening operational efficiency and compliance across the organization. This position ensures that workflows are streamlined, documentation is maintained accurately, and regulatory requirements are consistently met. The role supports management in daily operations, improves cross-department coordination, and ensures business activities run smoothly in line with company policies and industry standards.
Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for audits and regulatory purposes.
- Support compliance with internal policies, OSHA / DOSH, and client-specific requirements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents for management review.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing business projects.
- Facilitate communication between management, staff, and external stakeholders
- Support business development with proposals, client communication, and follow-ups.
- Manage administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, expense tracking, and office coordination.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or Operations(candidates with knowledge in Environmental Management / Engineering are an added advantage).Proven experience in a coordinator, compliance, or administrative role (preferably in B2B).Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.Knowledge of compliance standards (OSHA, DOSH, ISO) is highly preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business software.Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.Problem-solving mindset with focus on efficiency and compliance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
