Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop strategies : Create and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive team success.
- Lead the team : Manage and inspire the sales team to enhance overall performance and productivity.
- Build relationships : Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Stay competitive : Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Report progress : Regularly communicate sales performance and market developments to senior management.
- Installation & Support : Assist with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical systems post-sale.
- Product Expertise : Understand the design, function, and technical specs of products or systems inside out.
- Technical Customization : Work with clients to tailor solutions to their specific engineering needs.
- Understanding technical products or services deeply enough to explain them to clients in a compelling way.
Education & Experience requirement
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)At least 5 years' experience in technical sales, marketing, or engineering rolesGood interpersonal and communication skillsStrong ability to motivate, coach and develop team membersDemonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsStrong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesWork base in Pasir Gudang Office
