Work Mode : Work From Office (Work Location and Business Operation Hours : Midvalley or Shah Alam office – further discussed as current team rotates between both offices depending on management)

Role : Recruitment Executive

Job Scope : End‑to‑end recruitment – full cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with Hiring Managers on vacant positions (including obtaining approved requisition forms, job scope, level, etc.)
• Posting job adverts and shortlisting candidates for Hiring Managers.
• Liaison and arrangement for interviews between HR, Hiring Managers, and candidates (including booking interview rooms).
• Preparation of documents for interviewers – profile summary of candidates.
• Offer letter preparation & negotiation with candidates. Assist in other recruitment activities such as career fairs, university visits.
