Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative in Batu Pahat. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to sales strategies. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and participating in training sessions to enhance sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and ability to achieve sales targets
• Knowledge of Sales & Marketing strategies and techniques
• Ability to participate in and conduct Training sessions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the logistics or import / export industry is a plus
