Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Outreach Executive to strengthen our institute’s engagement with stakeholders, grow our membership base, and expand the reach of our programs and initiatives. This role requires excellent relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences including corporate partners, regulators, universities, professional bodies, and members.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with corporate partners, regulators, universities, professional bodies, and members.
- Coordinate collaboration initiatives such as joint programs, seminars, and conferences (e.g., RM Week, RM Day).
- Establish and support the coordination of local chapters.
- Promote the institute’s certifications, training, and networking events through campaigns and outreach activities.
- Represent the institute at external forums, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Identify and pursue partnerships with industry players, associations, and academic institutions, including proposals and agreements.
- Prepare outreach materials, contribute to newsletters, and support digital and social media campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends, track competitor activities, and identify new target groups for outreach.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.2–4 years’ experience in outreach, stakeholder engagement, or business development (professional association / institute experience is an advantage).Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.What We Offer
