Job Description

• Drive business development in the industrial property and land sales sector, leveraging the company’s strong brand reputation to expand customer networks and secure new investments.
• Engage with industrial clients and investors by presenting the development’s investment environment, while tracking, following up, and nurturing client relationships across all project stages.
• Conduct targeted industrial market and product research, and prepare in-depth real estate reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives, including exhibitions, investment forums, networking events, and online campaigns in compliance with corporate branding guidelines.
• Liaise with government and investment agencies such as MITI, MIDA, and etc to facilitate industrial-related property transactions and approvals.
• Build strong networks with industry players, trade associations, intermediaries, and potential investors, including participation in local and international business networking events to strengthen engagement and expand marketing channels.
• Assist in company events, project launches, and the preparation of marketing collaterals (including housing projects) to support the wider business development and sales team.
