Overview
Senior Business Analyst Digital Product role at DKSH, Kuala Lumpur. Drive definition, implementation, and enhancement of technology solutions for DKSH’s eCommerce platform; collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements and user stories; work with Agile Scrum teams to deliver value.
Responsibilities
- Drive the successful definition, implementation, and enhancement of technology solutions that create meaningful business impact for DKSH’s eCommerce platform.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities, effectively translating them into clear and actionable requirements and user stories for the development team.
- Work closely with Agile Scrum teams, including UI / UX designers, product owners, developers, testers, and product managers, ensuring seamless project execution and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct in-depth data and report analyses to identify areas for product enhancements and process improvements that drive efficiency and innovation.
- Assist the product owner in maintaining a structured and prioritized product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and document business processes, flow diagrams, and functional specifications to facilitate clear communication and understanding across teams.
- Provide overarching product management support, contributing to product roadmap development and execution.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI / UX trends and best practices, conducting focus group activities to enhance user experience for IT’s core products.
- Exhibit strong stakeholder management skills, effectively communicating and influencing laterally and horizontally across teams.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail with the ability to conceptualize and analyze business requirements and workflows.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects and high workloads effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a digital or IT environment, preferably within eCommerce platforms and digital product management.Strong expertise in product management methodologies and best practices.Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills to derive insights and drive data-informed decision-making.In-depth understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies, including Scrum frameworks.Exceptional time management and multitasking capabilities.Strong ability to work within collaborative and cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high customer service mindset.Proven ability to excel in a fast-moving environment and perform well under pressure.Functional Skills & Knowledge
