Role Description
As Digital Marketing Manageris responsiblefor detail-oriented and possesses great analyticalskills to be part of our motivated and driven marketingteam. You will be expectedto prepare,manage andimplementstrategic planning of mediarelations as well askey digital marketinginitiatives / campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute marketing strategies across the company’s social media platforms, aligning with team goals and reporting to the Directors.
- Plan and schedule social media content to drive traffic and increase engagement.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns including SEM, analytics, display, social media, andprogrammatic ads.
- Stay updated with digital trends and lead performance marketing and social media teamsto execute data-driven campaigns, optimizing ROI and budget allocation across channels.
- Develop,execute,andmonitorinitiativestoincreaseconversions,revenue,andprofitability through Google Advertising.
- Collaborate closely with the internal creative team, content writers, and web developersto ensure ad campaigns enhance visibility and achieve conversion goals.
- Generate weeklyand monthly performancereportsandprovideanalysisofcampaigneffectiveness.
- Managesocial mediacontentto ensure optimal performance,fresh updates, andleadgeneration.
- Coordinate marketingcampaigns, promotions, anddailyactivities acrosssocial mediaplatforms and company websites.
- Monitor andrespondto daily social media inquiries andfollower comments to maintainhigh responsiveness and client engagement.
- Research, monitor, analyze, and track the effectiveness of content and online campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation ofmarketing plans and activities.
- Publish product advertisements on social media platforms.
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships.
- Understand the full product range and serve as a product specialist.
- Manage and execute the company’s social media strategy to create relevant and engagingdigital content that communicates brand direction and strengthens online presence.
- Coordinate and participate in marketing events related to the company and its products.

At least working 5 to 7 years experience in Digital Marketing or related fieldWell verse in SEO & SEM skillsProficiency in Web Analytics and the ability to interpret data to make strategic marketing decisionsStrong Communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholdersDetail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple projects effectivelyFlexibility and adaptability to a dynamic, creative environmentBachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferredSeniority level
