Requirements : Requirements
- SPM or above qualification, or at least 1 year of related working experience.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented personality.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel — knowledge of VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and Excel certification will be an added advantage.
- Experience in cloud customer service, front desk, or administrative roles will be an added advantage.

We are looking for a passionate and responsible Customer Service Executive to join our growing team!
You will be the key person to assist customers, provide excellent service, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the company.
Key Responsibilities
Provide real-time support via live chat for payment, deposit, and top-up inquiries.Provide professional product information and after-sales support.Record and follow up on customer feedback or complaints promptly.Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Technical, Finance) to resolve customer issues.Maintain accurate customer information and communication records.Support the supervisor with other customer service-related duties as assigned.What We Offer
