The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For :

• 15+ years of HR leadership experience in Shared Services / GBS
• Strong governance and operational expertise
• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams
• Continuous improvement mindset (Lean Six Sigma preferred)
