Officer, Sales Admin

Overview

Consistent follow up & update accurately in master control files on current file status with the info provided from external parties (i.e. Solicitors, Bankers, Sales Personnel) on the common communication platforms. Maintain proper filing systems to ensure the traceability of documents (e.g. Prepare & filing verified accounting-related documentation). Detailed & accurate update on Master Control file verifying against system info as well as sales documents. Liaise with purchasers & sales personnel on incomplete sales documents as per SOP & approved memos. Maintain payment tracking records and follow up consistently as per approved deadlines on outstanding payments from purchasers inclusive EPF withdrawal. Perform other ad-hoc assignments and any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Studies / Management / Administration or relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Good command in written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Computer literate and knowledge in property related system. Self-motivated, independent, hardworking, and positive working attitude and able to work in a team.
