Overview

Menjalankan kerja-kerja Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) mengikut senarai semak (checklist) dan jadual yang telah ditetapkan.

Tanggungjawab

Mengenalpasti kerosakan peralatan / sistem / bangunan / aduan dan merekodnya di dalam senarai semak (checklist) serta memaklumkan kepada Penyelia untuk tindakan pembaikan selanjutnya.
Membantu Pengurus atau Penyelia untuk berurusan dengan pihak pelanggan.
Terlibat dalam audit operasi, mesyuarat dalaman, latihan dan kerja-kerja pengujian dan pentauliahan.
Memastikan aduan Non-Compliance Record (NCR) ditutup dalam tempoh masa yang ditetapkan.
