Job descriptionExecute the 180° recruitment process focused on sourcing : identify, attract and screen candidates for internal hires. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies. Conduct outreach, phone screens, resume shortlisting and initial interviews. Provide career guidance and keep candidates engaged throughout the process. Coordinate interview schedules and feedback between candidates and colleagues. Meet individual sourcing KPIs (e.g., quality CVs submitted, interviews arranged, hires). 1–3 years' experience in recruitment or staffing preferred (Fresh grads welcome – training provided). Strong communication & relationship-building skills. Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and sales-oriented. Customer service mindset with a persuasive edge. Excellent organization & time management abilities. Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
