Job descriptionManage the full 360-degree recruitment cycle : from taking detailed job briefs and writing compelling job ads to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of high-calibre, passive talent for key manufacturing positions (e.g., Production Managers, Engineers, Plant Managers, Supply Chain specialists, Technicians, Quality Assurance). Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with both new and existing clients, becoming their strategic partner for all talent acquisition needs. Utilize a multi-channel approach to sourcing, including our premium database, social media (especially LinkedIn), job boards, headhunting, and professional networking. Conduct thorough candidate interviews and competency-based assessments. Facilitate the offer process, including negotiation and closing, and provide post-placement follow-up. Stay abreast of market trends and salary benchmarks within the Malaysian manufacturing industry. Achieve and exceed individual and team-based KPIs and revenue targets. Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a proven track record of placing candidates within the manufacturing, industrial, or engineering sectors. Full professional fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential. This is required to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and candidates within the local and regional manufacturing landscape. A proven billings track record and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive, commission-driven environment. Excellent knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and various sourcing techniques. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with people at all levels. Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. A degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
