Job descriptionPrevious relevant experience in sales or customer service preferred. Fluent in English; proficiency in Malay or Chinese is advantageous. Good typing skills for efficient data entry and note-taking during calls. Possess a positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and improve. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting set targets and deadlines. Willingness to work in Kelana Jaya. This role is based at our office in Parklane Commercial Hub, Kelana Jaya. Work hours : Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM. No weekends. No after-hours work. STM / STPM (Preferred)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential corporate clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client contact information.
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to engage clients over the phone.
- No sales involved.
