Responsible for leading and managing the company’s overall finance function, directly overseeing a team of more than 20 staff. Accountable for full-spectrum financial management including accounting, taxation, audit, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, compliance, and financial analysis.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations to ensure the company’s financial health and sustainability.
- Lead, coach, and develop a 20+ member finance team to drive performance and efficiency.
- Establish and enforce financial policies, processes, and internal controls to ensure compliance and effective risk management.
- Manage tax planning, compliance, and filing, while liaising with external tax advisors and auditors.
- Lead annual statutory audit and internal audit processes, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts, delivering strategic financial insights to support management decisions.
- Oversee treasury and cash flow management to optimize capital utilization.
- Collaborate closely with management and cross-functional teams to support business growth and strategy execution.
Qualifications
Proven experience in full-spectrum financial management, covering accounting, taxation, audit, treasury, and budgeting.Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing a finance team of 20 or more.Strong knowledge of local and international accounting standards and tax regulations.Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CA are highly preferred.Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to provide forward-looking financial guidance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
