Head of Finance

Responsible for leading and managing the company’s overall finance function, directly overseeing a team of more than 20 staff. Accountable for full-spectrum financial management including accounting, taxation, audit, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, compliance, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end financial operations to ensure the company’s financial health and sustainability.
• Lead, coach, and develop a 20+ member finance team to drive performance and efficiency.
• Establish and enforce financial policies, processes, and internal controls to ensure compliance and effective risk management.
• Manage tax planning, compliance, and filing, while liaising with external tax advisors and auditors.
• Lead annual statutory audit and internal audit processes, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts, delivering strategic financial insights to support management decisions.
• Oversee treasury and cash flow management to optimize capital utilization.
• Collaborate closely with management and cross-functional teams to support business growth and strategy execution.
