To assist senior accounts executive day-to-day accounting transactions & activities such as filing, record, etc.
Prepare payment voucher, official receipts, invoice and any related to the accounts.
Maintenance of financial records, including reconciliation and general ledger.
Assist in other ad hoc finance & accounting related duties as applicable.
Inventories relevant job - issue invoice, delivery order, credit note for stock.
Requirement
Preferably at least 1 year working experience in related field is required for this position. Fresh graduate are welcome.
Candidate must possess a Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Business or currently pursuing professional qualification in accountancy
Fast & effective : high accuracy required
Able to work independently or as a team
Have experience using accounting software will be beneficial
Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
Prefer candidate who can start immediately
