About the role
The Accounts & Admin Executive oversees daily office operations, accounting and procurement activities, ensuring smooth workflows, proper documentation, and compliance.
This role also supports supplier management and coordination with internal teams to maintain efficiency and cost effectiveness across the company.
Responsibilities
Accounts
- Manage full set of accounts : AP, AR, and General Ledger.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and reports within deadlines.
- Generate weekly ageing reports and follow up on collections.
- Handle CP204 tax submissions and ensure compliance.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and banks.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
- Provide management with financial reports, forecasts, and analyses.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve processes.
- Maintain and update SOPs for accounting functions.
Administration
Oversee daily office operations, supplies, equipment, and cost control.Manage documentation for licenses, permits, insurance, and compliance.Maintain records for admin, HR, procurement, and accounting activities; prepare reports as needed.Monitor staff attendance, leave, and claims.Handle HRD Corp claims / grants and coordinate training arrangements.Support procurement and sourcing to ensure cost efficiency.Manage purchase orders, deliveries, invoices, and supplier payments.Track orders, monitor inventory, and review product quality.Maintain supplier database and records of purchased items.Prepare monthly expense reports by business unit.Others
