Job descriptionRecruit, train, supervise, and evaluate clinic staff. Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance and performance. Foster a positive work culture and team collaboration. Ensure excellent patient experience from registration to discharge. Handle escalated patient concerns and resolve issues promptly. Monitor service delivery and implement improvements. Monitor and manage clinic budgets, billing, and expenditures. Generate and review financial reports and KPIs. Work with finance teams to ensure accurate claims and reimbursements. Collaborate with senior management on clinic goals and growth strategies. Track performance metrics and report on branch performance. Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives to grow patient base. - Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
- Manage inventory and procurement of medical and office supplies.
