Overview

To lead and manage the panel hospital network, ensuring strong partnerships, effective operations, and commercially sustainable arrangements that support Company’s healthcare objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end relationship with panel hospitals, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and periodic reviews.
• Negotiate and secure commercially favourable terms with hospitals to support sustainable healthcare costs.
• Oversee and resolve operational matters related to panel hospitals, including service issues, complaints, and escalations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align hospital operations with business requirements.
• Profile non-cooperative, overcharging providers leading to exclusion of these doctors from the network.
• Monitor and analyse hospital utilisation and trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Support core functions such as hospital profiling, specialist profiling, cost containment, and implementation of service-level improvements.
• Lead, provide guidance, coaching and performance management.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks from management as required.
• Take accountability for business and regulatory compliance risks and implement appropriate mitigation steps.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies to safeguard the company.
• Highlight potential concerns / risks and proactively share best risk management practices.
