• Recruit, hire, and coordinate the training of new staff members.
• Design and implement business strategies to help the clinics meet organizational goals.
• Implement strategies and initiatives to increase clinics revenue.
• New clinic set-up when necessary.
• Work with Doctors to develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity and ensure optimal patient care.
• Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment.
• Managing the clinic's facilities, billing system, and inventory.
• Regularly evaluating the clinic operations and suggest improvements in processes (e.g., for patient retention improvements or cost savings).
• Answer incoming calls, fill the schedule for clinical providers, take and relays messages, give information about referrals and books appointments for referrals as needed.
• Schedule appointments, and follow up appointments in accordance with the dental clinic’s reception manual.
• Fills cancellations and no-show openings.
