This role is for the marketing manager who doesn’t just “think big”... they deliver consistently. You’ll take high-level marketing direction and run day-to-day execution across campaigns, SEO, email marketing, HubSpot, and digital-first strategy, without waiting to be told twice.

What You’ll Actually Do

Drive daily execution of all marketing activity especially across email, funnel, ads, and launch campaigns

Coordinate with internal stakeholders (content, sales, founder) to ensure brand voice is consistent, sharp, and on-message

Create and test your own messaging ideas based on performance, intuition, and audience feedback

Manage agency partners (email, ads, design, etc.) : direct the good ones, replace the bad ones, and always keep them moving

Own reporting and performance reviews, open rates, conversion, engagement, CAC, etc. If something underperforms, you flag it and fix it

Build from what’s working, not from scratch. You’ll double down on proven winners and scale them

Launch marketing assets quickly, emails, landing pages, lead magnets, without overpolishing or dragging timelines
