Install, configure, testing and implement system and application in contact centre and back office environment, CRM or networking or digital channel communication. Conduct first level troubleshooting to resolve issues. Assist in case escalation to product principal while ensuring minimal disruption to operations and maintaining high quality standards. Support network infrastructure, daily system operation check, schedule backup and server accordingly. Assist customers in patch updates, prepare and submitting project requirement and reports. Coordinate job requests and update the project manager on all related project matters. Ensure all the required project documentation is performed accordingly. Additional Requirement
