Job descriptionManaging calendars, sending reminders, and coordinating follow-ups. Verifying insurance, providing cost estimates, and processing payments. Keeping accurate, up-to-date, and confidential patient files. Ensuring smooth patient flow and timely care with the dental team. Organizing front office, managing mail, and tracking inventory. Minimum education : A-Level / O Level, Matriculation, Diploma or Degree. At least 2 years of working experience in customer service or front desk. Strong in English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage. Able to work weekends and shift basis. Positive learning attitude & a great team player. Weekdays : 9 : 30am–6 : 30pm / 12pm–9pm Weekends : 9am–6pm EPF, SOCSO, EIS. Medical and Annual Leave. Performance Bonus. Full Training Provided.
