As a Front Desk Executive , you’ll be the face of the company, ensuring every visitor and caller experiences a warm, professional welcome. You’ll also handle key administrative tasks such as travel coordination, vendor support, and front office management.

What We’re Looking For :

• Well-groomed, pleasant, and confident in engaging with people.
• At least 2 years’ experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles.
• Hands‑on experience with flight and hotel bookings, and corporate mobile administration.
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Candidates from airlines or hospitality backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.

Working Hours : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (with flexibility for rotational after‑hours standby).
