Job descriptionManaging calendars, sending reminders, and coordinating follow-ups. Verifying insurance, providing cost estimates, and processing payments. Keeping accurate, up-to-date, and confidential patient files. Ensuring smooth patient flow and timely care with the dental team. Organizing front office, managing mail, and tracking inventory. Minimum education : A-Level / O Level, Matriculation, Diploma or Degree. At least 2 years of working experience in customer service or front desk. Strong in English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage. Able to work weekends and shift basis (if needed). Positive learning attitude & a great team player.
