Procurement Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Verifying the manufacturer’s / supplier’s criteria.
• Compiling related document for warranty claims, liaising with related manufacturer / supplier, follows up and authorizing all warranty claims.
• Follow up on claims, to ensure the Company obtains prompt payment / CN.
• Follow up pre-authorization application for contentious cases, liaising with related manufacturer / supplier and ensure all cases completed within the time frame.
• Identifies and follow up exceptional cases that required special agreements with the manufacturer / supplier.
• Analyzing claims denied by the manufacturer / supplier and, re-submits if applicable or obtains approval from superior to cancel the said claim.
• Works closely with outlets / operations team on warranty claim issues.
• Process purchases order, goods receiving & stock transfer as procurement daily job task.
• Able to plan ahead on new purchase, repeat order & replenishment of stock.
• Other task as assigned by the superior from time to time.
