Penerangan pekerjaanCandidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary / STPM / ”A” Level / Pre-U, Diploma, or any related field. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably candidate who specializing in Purchasing / Inventory / material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Good communication skills and language proficiency in English and Bahasa. Independent and able to work with minimal supervision. Must be computer literate. Experience in full set of stock management.
Job Responsibilities
- Verifying the manufacturer’s / supplier’s criteria.
- Compiling related document for warranty claims, liaising with related manufacturer / supplier, follows up and authorizing all warranty claims.
- Follow up on claims, to ensure the Company obtains prompt payment / CN.
- Follow up pre-authorization application for contentious cases, liaising with related manufacturer / supplier and ensure all cases completed within the time frame.
- Identifies and follow up exceptional cases that required special agreements with the manufacturer / supplier.
- Analyzing claims denied by the manufacturer / supplier and, re-submits if applicable or obtains approval from superior to cancel the said claim.
- Works closely with outlets / operations team on warranty claim issues.
- Process purchases order, goods receiving & stock transfer as procurement daily job task.
- Able to plan ahead on new purchase, repeat order & replenishment of stock.
- Other task as assigned by the superior from time to time.
