Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate market trends.
• Analyze supplier capabilities, financial stability, and risk factors to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and service.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service-level agreements to maximize value and minimize risk.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues to ensure compliance with contractual and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, supplier data, and contract documentation.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, value creation, and process improvements.
• Support new product development by sourcing materials and components in line with design and cost targets.
• Participate in supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality, ethical, and sustainability standards.
• Develop, expand, and diversify the supplier base to reduce dependency and enhance supply chain resilience.
