Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the store manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Develop sales plans and strategies, while guiding the retail team to achieve set targets.
• Work closely with headquarters and platforms to align with company strategies and ensure effective implementation.
• Monitor product movement, coordinate timely stock replenishment, and ensure displays meet visual merchandising standards.
• Supervise customer service activities, address escalated issues, and ensure a positive customer journey.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and motivation of store employees to maintain high engagement and service quality.
• Maintain strong communication and cooperation with retail partners to drive seamless execution of business strategies.
