About the role

This full-time Area Manager position with Malaysia International Franchise Sdn Bhd is based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. As the Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the operations of multiple franchise locations within a designated geographical area. Your mission will be to ensure consistent service delivery, drive sales performance, and foster a positive brand experience across the franchise network.

What you\'ll be doing

• Manage and support a team of Store Managers across multiple franchise locations
• Monitor store operations, sales performance, and customer service standards to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, enhance profitability, and maintain brand consistency
• Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to Store Managers to develop their skills and leadership capabilities
• Collaborate with the central franchise team to ensure effective communication, sharing of best practices, and implementation of corporate initiatives
• Identify and address any operational challenges or issues, and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the franchise network
