Key Responsibilities : Lead and develop a team of highly motivated Relationship Managers and Personal Bankers who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our valued clients. Develop strategies to expand our market share by identifying new business opportunities within the private banking sector. Work closely with colleagues across various departments to offer holistic wealth management solutions tailored to each client's unique needs. Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting banking services in order to stay ahead of competition. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations related to private banking activities. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements : Minimum 10 years’ experience in banking, preferably in relationship management or similar roles within the banking sector. Proven ability to lead teams and drive innovation within an organization. Strong understanding of risk management principles as they relate to banking operations. Certified with banking licensing Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
