Architectural BIM Coordinator

We are looking for an Architectural BIM Coordinator with 3 – 5 years of experience to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves managing digital construction models and workflows, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with industry standards while coordinating with the design team for seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, revise, and update BIM models to align with designer's design intent and working drawings.
• Prepare 2D documentation extracted from the BIM model.
• Perform internal model checking and support minor coordination tasks.
• Coordinate technical disciplines on BIM development, standards, and requirements as defined in the BEP.
• Communicate with the Design Team, BIM Manager, and BIM Team members, acting as the main point of contact for BIM-related issues.
• Create and develop BIM models and information in accordance with the BEP.
• Manage BIM processes, including file naming conventions and file-sharing management.
