Partner closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define, analyze, validate, and maintain business requirements and processes for large-scale or complex system initiatives. Validate proposed solutions to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical capabilities, considering both current and future business environments. Lead and facilitate discussions among project participants to clarify needs, gain consensus, and define actionable requirements. Work collaboratively with development and QA teams in an Agile environment—participating in 3 Amigos meetings and sprint ceremonies to co-create solutions. Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate end-user demonstrations to validate business outcomes. Develop and maintain business process documentation and mapping in ARIS, ensuring accuracy and traceability. Ensure non-functional requirements (performance, usability, reliability, etc.) are well-defined and aligned with customer expectations. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by promoting more effective and efficient ways of working within a dynamic Agile context. Support business case development, budgeting, and cost analysis to ensure solutions deliver measurable value. Skills & Experience Required

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent professional experience. 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or project development, with 2-5 years in business process optimization. Proven experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Order-to-Activation processes. Strong knowledge of SAP Workflow SAP OTC experience is a significant advantage. Experience with ARIS for process documentation and optimization is a strong plus. Exposure to Jira and Confluence tools is desirable; PEGA knowledge is a good-to-have. Seniority level
