Job description
  • Collaborate in various phases of new IT software and product development projects for the eldercare sector, including requirement gathering, research, feasibility analysis, functional design, testing, user acceptance, and training.
  • Conduct both technical and business impact assessments for updates or modifications to existing web-based SaaS / SOA and custom applications to accommodate evolving user needs.
  • Contribute to the development, enhancement, and strategic planning (roadmapping) of market-focused software / SaaS products.
  • Support the resolution of software and system-related issues through troubleshooting and analysis.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams—such as Product Owners, Software Architects, Developers, Project Managers—and interface with end users including healthcare professionals (e.g. doctors, nurses, clinicians, administrators, IT managers) to manage change requests and implement system improvements.
  • Develop detailed documentation including Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Functional Test Cases.
  • Opportunity to be involved in consulting, proof-of-concept (POC), pilot programs, and other innovative, impactful initiatives.
  • Requirements

    • A Bachelor’s Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in any discipline.
    • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in relevant roles such as Business Analyst, System Analyst, Product Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
    • Strong adaptability and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies, with solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Skilled in creating flowcharts and analyzing business processes.
    • Ability to quickly understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Passionate about solving real-world challenges and developing innovative SaaS / software solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with end users and stakeholders from healthcare settings.
    • Professional work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.).
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
