Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Asset Manager to deliver asset management services for multiple Cisco customers. The role involves managing customer data, tracking and reporting assets, and ensuring smooth coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver asset management services for Cisco customers.Serve as the primary contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.Manage, track, and resolve issues related to customers' Cisco install base data.Support customers in hardware / software lifecycle management to mitigate risks and enhance customer experience.Ensure customers’ install base data is accurate and aligned with contracts, locations, and coverage.Lead implementation and onboarding of new customers.Perform data reconciliation, discrepancy management, and ongoing maintenance.Collaborate cross-functionally and provide detailed reports using Excel and reporting tools.Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in asset or data management.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Strong communication, organization, and customer relationship skills.Ability to interpret and analyze large data sets.Ownership-driven and proactive work attitude.Experience working with IT or tech companies is an added advantage.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of customer engagement experience (including at least 2 years in IB / Data Management).Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, HAM / SAM are a plus.Prior experience in renewals, deal management, or recurring revenue roles is advantageous.Seniority level
