HR Shared Services Specialist – Japan

Join our HR Shared Services team. Our Human Resources Team provides best‑in‑class service to employees and the global organization, supporting daily operational issues and partnering with the business for reporting insights and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR employee lifecycle processes (job changes, offboarding, data & records, benefits, time & absence).
• Manage service delivery metrics and third‑party supplier performance.
• Drive productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization, and simplification.
• Foster a culture of customer service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Advising on complex questions / requests from employees, businesses, and HR partners.
• Develop effective relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness and quality to ensure legal and Baker Hughes policy compliance.
