onsemi is looking for a self-driven and motivated professional to join their Test Engineering team. Responsible for test development & test engineering support for power moduleand discrete NPD and its smooth transition to mass production.

Responsibilities

• Work together with Product Engineering team and manufacturing test engineering team to support new product development and its smooth transition to mass production in multiple manufacturing sites.
• Develop and implement test software & hardware for high voltage, high power semiconductor module and discrete, primarily in the area of final test
• Release test solution in mass production
• Perform product characterization
• Manage tester platform roadmap
• Support customer related activities as needed
