Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in Arabic and English, responding promptly to inquiries and issues
• Offer support through various channels (online chat, email, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints, accurately record and track the progress of problem resolution
• Assist customers with account operations such as registration, deposits, withdrawals, and other basic tasks
• Collect and provide customer suggestions, assisting the team in optimizing service processes
• Regularly report work progress and common issues to help improve overall service quality of the team
