IT SPECIALIST / MANAGER

Overview

Manage daily IT operations, ensuring systems and infrastructure are secure, stable, and scalable. Oversee Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and other business-critical applications. In-depth knowledge of D365 modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Sales, and Customer Service. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business processes into effective D365 solutions. Ensure strong IT governance, cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management. Manage and lead IT projects and system rollouts, including upgrades, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives. Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships to deliver cost-effective and value-driven IT services. Manage the internal and external audit of IT.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily IT operations to maintain secure, stable, and scalable infrastructure.

Lead ERP implementations and ongoing management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other critical applications.

Apply in-depth knowledge of D365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Customer Service) to business needs.

Ensure IT governance, cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management across the organization.

Manage IT projects and system rollouts, including upgrades, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.

Oversee budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships to deliver cost-effective IT services.

Coordinate internal and external IT audits and compliance activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Proven track record in IT management, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 ERP) platform.

Relevant certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.

Experience with Power Apps is a plus.

Strong expertise in IT operations, governance, and cybersecurity.

Experience in managing cross-border projects and collaborating with regional teams is a plus.
