Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required. Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing / Production Operations or equivalent are encouraged to apply. Preferably candidates from Electronics Manufacturing Industries will be an advantage. Proficient in ERP / MRP systems and MS Excel. Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking customers.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planner to join our team. Coming on board you will play a key role in ensuring smooth production flow by preparing production schedules, coordinating with relevant departments, and monitoring material availability to meet customer delivery requirements.
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible to plan and translate customer orders into the production schedule.
- Production Capacity Planning. Responsible for the weekly and monthly production planning.
- Communicate with customers on the delivery schedule.
- Work closely with the production team on production scheduling, material availability, and delivery master schedule.
- Monitor and follow up closely on production performance and expedite to ensure shipments to the customer are on time.
- Work closely with material team to ensure sufficient material inventory to fulfil production needs.
