Process purchase requisitions, vendor registration, and invoice payments.

Sourcing quotations from vendors for Project and Product Support team.

Communicate with internal teams and external vendors.

Maintain accurate records for purchasing and inventory; ensure timely posting of goods receipts.

Ensure administrative tasks align with company policies and regulations.

Handle ad-hoc tasks and provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Input, update, and generate reports from company databases and systems.
