Key Responsibilities :

• Design and execute colleague engagement programs, events, and initiatives tailored to hotel staff.
• Plan and coordinate community engagement activities to strengthen the hotel's presence and social responsibility.
• Monitor and assess employee satisfaction through surveys, feedback sessions, and other tools.
• Collaborate with department heads to address engagement challenges and implement improvement plans.
• Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and volunteer events.
• Support onboarding and orientation processes to promote early employee engagement.
• Assist with internal communication strategies to foster transparency and inclusiveness.
• Maintain accurate records related to engagement activities and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends related to employee and community engagement.
