Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or STPM or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience required in IT technicial support
• Must be able to handle basic hardware / software and have trouble-shooting skill
• Must be able to handle basic hardware / software installation
• Must be able handle basic network / printer configuration
• Possess driving license with own transport in order to travel to customer's site.
• Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
• Mandarin speaking is a MUST as we have Mandarin speaking customers.
• Good problem-solving skills
• PC assembly, installation, testing and troubleshooting.
• On site support for production PC issues, failures etc.
• Receive issues , update tickets accordingly to SOP, able to prioritize ticket resolution within SLA.
• Perform trouble shooting on : PC Hardware issues, network failure, bar code scanner, support windows 8-10, good in command prompt
