Job Description
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies / Administration or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
General knowledge on rules and guidelines of property industry and commercial real estate
Good teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure and to deadline
Willing to work on 5.5 days per week
Possess own transport
1. New Outlet
- Update Address, GPS Coordinate & BKID (to bkmoffice)
- Site Pack Submission (into Lucernex system)
- Request BKID (from BKAP)
- Drafting / Finalizing / Handling Letter of Intent (LOI), Letter of Offer (LOO), Tenancy Agreement (TA)
- Request CTC Documents (Company Forms & Resolution)
- Stamping (LHDN)
- Prepare memo - advance rental / deposits / legal fees / other fees
- Request & handling signing of Unit License Addendum (ULA) (BKAP)
- Request refund of renovation deposits
2. Renewal of Outlet
Monitor tenancy expiryIssue notice to renew (at least 6 months before expiry)Drafting / Handling renewal Tenancy Agreement (TA) & Letter of Offer (LOO)Topup Deposits (if any)3. Closure / Termination of Outlet
