Job description

Check intercompany balances monthly.

Review accounts payable and procurement processes.

Assist in the preparation of financial consolidation.

Submit tax documents annually.

Monitor monthly accounts of the group of companies.

Communicate with external parties such as auditors and tax agents.

Undertake ad-hoc functions, assignments, and related duties as assigned by management.

Prepare monthly financial statements.

Assist in the development, performance, and maintenance of the organization's financial activities.

Ensure all documentation (AR, AP, Monthly closing) is complete and error-free.

Oversee monthly closing processes, ensuring all documents are completed timely.

Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for the Finance department.

Assist in reviewing reports and analyzing projections of sales and income.
