Based in Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for sales order processing from lead to collection, including preparation of agreement, invoice, and delivery order.
- Maintain the customer details in the accounting system.
- Ensure document collection and generate relevant reports on the sales inquiry.
- Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, etc.
- Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
- Maintain proper records and organization of the filing system.
- Ad-hoc job tasks are assigned from time to time

Diploma / SPM or related fieldGood knowledge of Microsoft Office and ExcelAble to work independently (under guidance)Job Type : Full-time
