Responsibilities

• Support in formulating, planning and driving the Bank’s strategic initiatives
• Prepare compelling presentations and other communication materials
• Coordinate and attend leadership meetings and keep track of initiatives to ensure follow-through
• Plan and organise relevant Management's events
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
• Track performance for management meetings
• Prepare proposal / business strategy papers for management / board
• Be part of any special projects on an ad‑hoc basis
